I have great difficulty comprehending how come the good people of St. Lucia are not able to deduce fraudsters and quacks in their midst. As well as persons who posture as if they have any acumen to make any meaningful and valuable contribution to the well being of St. Lucia and St. Lucians. Two such persons come to mind, one who was in Government, Ausbert D'Auvergne and his entire history in business ventures. The other is Allen Chastanet, whose track record in Tourism decisions for St. Lucia, is well known and a dismal and complete failure, which makes it all so pellucid, when someone recently remarked, that his own father keeps him far away from his business decisionmaking.

Remember not all funds going through a company comes from profits.

Not only Chastanet, the whole government is fraud, name that is not.
