Why guard Tourism. Should we not guard ourselves first? Charity begins at home. We will never solve this problem if we feel the first step is to guard the tourist first. Economically we must stop that crap of always depending one one sector for our economic sector. It was sugar,then bananas and now tourism.Note i say sugar and bananas and not agriculture. We are yet to develop an agriculture Industry. What about the agro processing sector. I am not saying we do away if tourism, but the notion that it is the solution to our economic woes is deeply flawed. As a people we must stop looking at agriculture of just bananas and focus on this sector proper development.It may not bring the most money, but it is the best bet for the human beings survival.

How can local professionals hire the local youth when they (the professionals) are barely surviving. Most major consultation work go to foreign concerns.

Frank the police cannot do the job alone, we need leadership not hot air from politicians. Just take a look a school sports and you will see.
