Marcus resigning have no impact on anything. No one respects Marcus and not only that, Marcus had no impact in the government. Marcus the backbencher leaving the UWP is like a pin falling on a floor.
The people who really are in charge of the UWP are the 9 bad boys still in power. I would worry more if one of them left.
Tell Claudius he is a fool.
According to Prime Minister Stephenson King, Nicholas’ resignation is democracy at work within the UWP organization. His explanation was simply that, “people come and people go, no one holds anyone. The party is all about democratic rule.”

UWP Chairman Clem Bobb has declared that this latest move will in no way hamper the party in its bid for another term in office.

Oh dear, is this what the uwp is made up of unsympathetic cowards? I listened to Guy Joseph's statement about Janine, Clem Bobb and the PM's statement about Marcus, and I was ashamed and disappointed by what some persons called a democracy.
Mr. King, the reality among the electorate in your constituency begs concern about you as a leader.
You Labourites (+ all the derogatory names) continue to say that the UWPees have done nothing significant in almost 5 years.

UWP leaders please remember that your millions can be destroyed (poof) overnight. You must be happy that the disrespect of the Taiwanese to our Constitution is keeping you guys on one leg. Call the election and see who is in charge.

Why is the Marcus "resignation" the dominant issue but the constituents' replacement of him with Andy Daniel before the resignation is not even mentioned in the article? Where has good, objective and balanced reporting of events gone?
