It is a great initiative but it was appalling to hear Mr. Chou make fun of our Finance Laws. Mr. Chou sarcastically remarked that the funds did not go through the Consolidated Fund. The statement was meted with loud applaud by the audience. Hope foreigners except for Tom Chou and his crew were present to witness such dotishness, un-intelligence and ignorance at work among St.Lucians.
