I live in Vancouver, Canada and I find the Chinese there to be the most racist of all.

Chinese are racists and very corrupt people. Look at what is happening on the Mainland, in Taiwan and the amount of corruption they have generated here in St. Lucia. If Taiwan were a car, corruption would be its fuel. Taiwan runs on corruption.
