Whoever wins the election,priority number one should be to appointed a commitee to review the constitution of St Licia.The Party system has to go! In any five-year period there are too many talented people who are shut out of the process because they don't belong to the party in power. This concept must be puged from the National Psychology; so that we can all work in unity for the good of St. Lucia. Our Country!!
Correction:The Constitution of St.Lucia.
If constitutional change is NOT in the manifesto and if constitutional change in NOT in the favour of any of the major parties today, who do you think will get this done? A better question is this one. When do you think St. Lucia will get useful constitutional change? See what the last one was all about? C-R-A-P. Loads of it.
