Maybe you you didn't give them the "under the table" money, sir.

Isn't that one of the main reason why there is absolutely no foreign investment in St Lucia for the past five years - that you have to illegally pay first, before anything happens?

Very sad!

Perhaps, he's just another crooked Trini. FYI, Saint Lucia has a right to grant or not to grant a licence or any thing else for that matter. So piss-off.

SLASPA has a strange legal department, whose operations are questionable. Am not sure if the lawyer lady employed by SLASPA is still on their payroll, but I've been given the impression that she has not a clue of St Lucia law.

I say that because of the way SLASPA treats their tenants at La Place Carenage; e.g., literary locking the shop doors of tenants without dialogue, without negotiation, without question.

SLASPA gives the impression that they are law unto themselves and indiscriminately so. It is sincerely hoped that Mr Leotaud makes an example of their myopic ways.

Maybe someone should ask The Honourable Guy Joseph why he instructed SLASPA to refuse the license.

What do think you can get from a people who know no other way to conduct business but by way of borbol and underhand deals? We have a culture of borbolism pervading every aspect of St. Lucian life. What a set of dishonest people St. Lucians are! A fish rots from its head. Some many of the past heads of government have been dishonest in one way or another. Yet they get knighthoods and are carried on the shoulders of idiots.
There is a way that seemeth right unto an man, but ends with death. God does not like ugly.

The people have not repented of their evil ways. God has given them all to reprobate minds. God is going to afflict them with another five more years of misery come Monday.

While I understand the Gentlemans plight......I cannot support his case talking about CARICOM when in Trinidad they frankly do not adhere to the rules and treaties of CARICOM more particularly the CSME and free movement of skilled Nationals.....I speak as a Victim of CSME in Trinidad...So sir please do not come here and claim rights that your Immigration Department and Government by extention does not fully adhere for other nationals or Holders of CSME skills Certificates
