How can you have all these advise for King but did not have any for Kenny. The SLP not for once gave the UWP a chance. The campaign for the SLP began on the very same night they lost the election. King is taking a page out of Kenny's book. I see no problems with that. Why should you MG?

Micah is not bias at all; as a matter of fact he is calling a spade, a spade, and doing St. Lucia a favour, by objective reporting. We are too hypocrite in St. Lucia. What you wanted Micah to do; to not write and repudiate King's lies and his lack of mental abilities - just slip it under the rug, even if it's true?

You see most St Lucians hate to hear or speak the truth even though it is dirt in their eyes. Once some are benefiting they do not care about the rest. Imagine Kenny made a bad judgement in trying to bringing an investment into St lucia, to get employment into the country for the poor people. Although with his skills he still end up having a hotel which has employed hundreds of poor people. How many hotels has King and his gang brought into St Lucia in 5 yrs? They started one it failed and it is half built, nobody is saying King cannot count money. Kenny incident happened over a decade ago and some bias people still talking about Kenny cannot count money. Yet all of them pretend to forget what has happened in the last 5 yrs under King which is more recent.
(1) These bias people never once stop to think and ask, wait a minute. What did King and his gang did withe country finances or our hard earn taxes? After all he(they) presented 5 budgets. Is there anything the country which we can say this is what King did with our taxes? There is nothing anywhere we can point our fingers to. The country infarstructure is still in a mess after a whole year from Tomas.
(2) King could count money, Kenny can't, how bias. Kig borrowed we not talking about millions you know, we are talking about OVER A BILLION DOLLARS. Can anyone of these bias people show me anything in St Lucia where we could say yes that money was used for? Yes we has small project done in the last five years but they all were financed by the Taiwanese. Yes King counted our money well because about 2 months before the election he borrowed over a hundred million dolars, where did that money go. If I see that statement about Kenny counting again, I will talk about how UWP counted our money in the past under Compton because it is only Kenny who cannot count money, how perfectic.
But it's true. Kenny can't count money. Everybody knows that.
It seem the people of St Lucia do not seem to know that, because they put your UWP to count our money and nobody seem to know where the more than the Billion of dollars they loaned on our behalf went to. I supposed they counted that money very well. These fellows counted our money so well they barely did one term and the people could not wait to throw them out. Who did they revert to? The same Kenny who bias people like you refuse to give credit for all the good development he did in St Lucia in 9 yrs, which you are enjoying today. By Kenny's not being abled to count money, nonetheless, resulted in an hotel built, albeit with perceived Roachomel roro, that is right now employing over 600 St Lucians - 600 St Lucians that would otherwise be unemployed and on the streets!
Why, absolutely. Indeed, the UWP counted their monies so well that some, unemployable, labelled a fraud, thief, ex con, with a miniterial salary, were able to purchased a condo/house at the Landings for approximately $2.2 million dollars.

Micah you are on the ball. One question though, why didn't you ever inform the public prior to the election, as you are doing now, that much of the low campaigning came from the UWP platform? Was it an attempt to appear fair and balanced. If it is, then you did the electorate an injustice. To be fair and balanced you must be unafraid to report the truth irrespective of the fall out.
As for King, the only thing he didn't do was to bend down and lift up his skirt for Kenny.
King, Guy Joseph, Frederick, Ezechiel, Chastanet should simply throw in their political towels and call it quits. King should do the most noble things of all, and that is to give up the leadership to a more able person. The UWP may be able to make a comeback if Dr.Rigobert serves as leader.
I am also confident that if the UWP can once again capture their true principles with persons like Jeanine Compton-Antoine, Sarah and other educated young and older dedicated professionals the party will be a force to be reckoned with. Guy Mayers did a few foolish moves but those acts are forgivable...he should be included in that list as well.
As objective observer, I must admit though that the SLP has more abled and qualified leaders than the UWP. The UWP has a lot of work to do to get their party together. A first step by the party must be to stop King from the continuous embarrassing and lack lustre conversations to the media. Mr. King must really give up the leadership for the good of all uwpees.
There is one thing I am praying for that the SLP will officials will never go on Rick choice tv TALK.
Just like Obama never went on a FOX tv.
Election are never over.At the school of politics you are taught to plug away for 4 or 5 years.
Planning cannot be done in one or two years before elections.
The UWP OR SLP has a right to start an organize campaign as soon as they see it fit.
The arguments just has to be constructive criticism with detail plans and methods as to how the Island can go forward.

St. Lucians did not vote the UWP into power in 2006 for their Ministers to become millionaires with the Taiwanese money, that was supposed to be used for development projects for our communities. Besides, all money spent on development projects in St. Lucia MUST pass through the Consolidated Fund, so that corruption can be controlled and avoided. The Taiwanese used the disgraceful technique of putting CASH directly into the hands of the UWP Members of Parliament, for them to betray John Compton, and establish their so-called diplomatic relations with Taiwan. Only Jeannine Compton had the balls (pun intended) to try to give an account of how she spent her millions of dollars. Mr. TOM CHU totally disregarded our Financial Laws, behaving like a WHARF-RAT in our country, and even putting CASH into the hands of the former Commissioner of Police. CHU is a damned vagabond and a vicious vagrant!!! Taiwan blatantly violated our Financial Laws, spat on our Constitution, disrespected our Commissioner of Police, and so the vote of the people in 2011 was also a vote against Taiwan's lawlessness and against its presence in St. Lucia, and they MUST be PUSHED OUT of St. Lucia as soon as they explain the matter of all the CASH they put into the hands of those thieving BASTARDS!! What happen to the United Nations Commission of Inquiry Report that stated clearly that based on his dishonest actions as a top civil servant in government, as corrupt as he is, he is unfit to hold Public Office.
