Talk is rife that Spider had dollars on the ground dishing out before the elections. Hundred dollar bills going out in t-shirts. There was food and drinks stocked up for celebration. Anonymous said...: Sir, the comments by the OAS Election Observer team could have applied to any election in Saint Lucia over the past 20 years, at least. You had to have been around in 1997 to see the level of spending by both parties with funding from both Mainland China and Taiwan. And 2006 was no different.
