KDA knows why Pep was no offered a ministerial position. This man does not have the ability to lead a team.
It was difficult to get this man to work the constituency prior to the elections. He now has to prove that he can work. Over to you Pep prove your self, by implementing your manifesto if you had one.
Author this is a poor excuse for Dr. Long's post in the Govt.
Pep is too bright and independent for kenny. he seems another brain like mario michel. so kenny keeping him far as possible.

mondesir is not a doctor. the man could only deal with glasses frames.he is not a medical doctor. so please correct these assertions.
pep is a well trained medical practitioner.
i do not remember st. lucia ever having a medical doctor in a cabinet of ministers.
that would be history making. pep has very much to offer. all around.
yes i agree blogger. Even Mr. Pep's response to the journalist on the TV news, tells you he is very forthright and independent.
Doctor Brouet is a true role model, and a very decent man. He would have been one of the best, if not the best in that Cabinet of Ministers.
First of all. After years of looking at the evidence it is clear that Doctors do NOT necessarily make the best Administrators or Ministers.
The fact is that for the Caribbean our educated class maybe very competent in their technical field (Drs/Lawyers/Engineers/Business majors) but because of their arrogant and narcissistic liberal /socialist mindset cannot lead countries or run Ministries. they have a failed mindset about the meaning of governnance. all they think governing is about, is taxing or borrowing to spend. you see where it take CARICAM countries -on the road to failure.
Pep also is not the kind that Kenny likes. too individualistic -Kenny wants weak, yes men like phillip.. Kenny hates strong personalities so this is not the kind of person he wants on the team.
Dr. Anthony emphatically stated that the configuration of the Cabinet is "for now". It is my hope that the masses will be able to influence Dr. Anthony to put Dr. Long and Dr. Raymond in Ministries where they can use their skills set to benefit the nation and the constituencies.
