Labour Department’s Authority Tested

many companies tend to push around their employees pretending they know the law better than the employees. employees have the right to go to the labour department if they do not like the treatment or the response which they receive from their employers. i would like for all employers to think before acting; what would you do if you were in the employees seat once again and someone was threatening to take bread off your table? True we may not know what the real cause for some of these troubles are, but i believe that many of the situations which are being taken to the labour department can be resolved in the place of employment. However, i know for a fact that there are employers who like to think they have a footing on their workers, threatening employees because they know of these persons weaknesses. NOT SO I SAY!!!
