St.Lucians cut their losses and went with the SLP. That was a very pragmatic move. All the best to the people and the new government.

it was indeed surprising of our new PM to thoughtfully and considerately to show a listening ear to the tiawanese gov and their rep the ambassador ..i think its a sign of progress for his party and most of all MATURITY.. but i feel much damaged has been done and i think if we do retain taiwan which i doubt much i would rather engage china a global player instead to assist st lucia but if we do retain taiwan we need to change its rep at least that would alleviate much grievances we the ppl have had to endure weekly on news of corruptive elements taiwanese money perhaps engaged in... Better Days Ahead i hope .. oh china promised us A NEW THEATRE/Arts.. THATS ALSO IN THE MANIFESTO OF SLP ... dont forget that too ...lol

Back to Massa days for you all I'm glad I only pass through St.Lucia for one day just to buy peppersauce, cinnamon,guava jelly fudge and farine and of course my husband and I love to sit by the market place and full our stomach with a hearty St.Lucian meal I love the kingfish breadfruit baja yellow plantain jump on the ship at 6:00 PM continue to a few more Island and back to Me Cassa.Enjoy you all En Rouge let's see how long you all can stay happy.

Dr. Anthony has started on the right foot. He has first extended an olive branch to the opposition party and to come clean with the accountability of all the Taiwanese money and contract.
I hope the laws are revised, to avoid the modus-operandi of the last regime in the way they circumvented the use of funds given by said donor country only to enrich or grease their personal accounts. This past practice must never again happen in our decent state.
I look forward for the new attorney general to investigate & if necessary prosecute and let the chips fall where they may. If so, the former PM should be held liable. There are lots of room behind the bars of justice.

As you can tell its the UWP supporters are at it again making negative statements about the new government.They are wishing for the government to fail. This is a man who was part of the failed 1979-1982 Administration.
This is the person entrusted with the leadership of St. Lucia in 1997-2006 who raised the national debt to $1.6 billion from $380 million DURING MAJOR BOOM YEARS.
This is the person who kept information on major deals(Rochamel. Grtnsberg) by himself and investors away from his own Cabinet and St. Lucia suffered.
With his narcissistic arrogant personality he brought strife between St. Lucians at all level and we now see the aggression from his SLP already playing out with victimization of UWP supporters. The leader of the pack of "affirmative action" persons will be Phillip Pierre.
Economic times will be tough in the next few years and he now has his liberal leftist pampered wife coming to tell St. Lucians to support abortion, same sex marriage, prostitution and all the ills of the American society - instead of supporting the things to build up the society. Expect crime to increase as it did on Kenny's 1st watch in 1997-2006 because his "bright" wife will support all the things that break down and destroy our quality of life.
Already his failed UWI and CARICOM colleagues are happy that one of their own elite socialists is back ready to expand government with this sub -ministry and that super PS.
Already Kenny has told Taiwan he is staying with them and Tony has told St. Lucians he is negotiating with Taiwan and China.
We are guaranteed to be in a lock box of failure in the next few years and by late next year Lucians will be crying copious tears.

9 years in power and during boom years with China having 10% growth rate and the OECS over 3% St. Lucia under Kenny only recorded a less than 2% rate of growth.
Over 300 people were killed under his watch and he had to ask Menissa Rambally what to do about crime.

Im not Dr. MLK JR. nor Nelson Mandela. I'm Lenie Lewis Okinyi son of a St. Lucian and African Parents. Im very grateful for my accomplishments at such an early age and I have always counted my blessings. Im sorry my friend if you do not have an education from such prestigeous institution. Dont blame me for that. It calls hard work, discipline and sacrifice. Thats what took me there. And FYI im still there giving back to the college as an employee. I cld not have waited on the UWP administration to grant me an academic scholarship cause they dont know what this is....investing in their high school graduates is not part of their agenda /portfolio.
