The perpetrator of this act must be a very bitter individual. I don't know what they intended to achive by doing this.
Well, if this same thing happened about 5 years ago, I'm sure the Government installed cameras to catch the perpetrators the next time around.
This is the next time around. Are cameras installed? So I blame the government.
To help curb this problem, apprehend one, and show the remainder how intolerable the law on littering really is esecially when it comes to shit.
The place had to be shut down for a whole day because of this?
Of all the pleasant News in St. Lucia to report on, you had to waist precious space on Newsprint to report on shyt.
Ha Ha Ha thanks for the laugh great way to start my week. Guess they are tired of seeing them old ugly buildings day after day in the middle of the City in such beautiful Paradise. I wish they would throw some more on the cdc, town hall, police station, fire station, old gaiety and clarks cinema, post office court house and the list goes on.Anyway thanks for a hearty laugh with lots of stomach pains. They are sending a message to who ever is responsible to clean up the city we need more moderm buildings we're in 2012 Castries needs a new face lift some botox and refills here and there will do the tricks. Give Gros-Islet a break tackle the city where the cruise ships come in for christ sake, not only for tourist but for every St.Lucian.Everytime I come home on vacation after living abroad for thirtynine there is still no change.
