Athletics in St. Lucia is moving at a snail's pace because the executive of the association do not know what they are doing. Instead of working together for progress, they are on a power trip and have no respect for coaches or athletes. They are quick to blame everyone for low attendance at meets etc, but they fail to realize that they are the problem.
