I mean no offense by this; Why do members of the police force look the same way as they did back in the 60's or the 70's. I would think with the evolution of EVERYTHING the appearance would change. Businesses change their uniforms all the time. Has it even occurred to the local police that to acquire more intelligent minds appearance should be given priority?
If the City of Castries is still so dirty and unkempt with old eye sore CDC buildings, Fire Station Police Station, Town Council etc where will they get money to upgrade cop uniforms? St.Lucia is going backward not foward hate to say buddy.
