Investigator?
I am reading this letter from the States. What is SMA? Small Men Ankles? Saint Mary's Association? What a D.F.Letter!
It's the work of the SLP at play and HTS is their toy.
People should not put too much value on what is reported by HTS. You saw how Winston Springer Jr skwed the news to make the president of the SMA look bad. In the meantime, his father is the acting secretary to Kenny, and together the whole cast at HTS night after night gives us a slated view.

Her statement is factual and correct - and a bitter pill to swallow with vat included.
Who feels it, knows it.
And if my memory serve me correctly - the SLP, was forceful and deliberate in keeping investors away from St.Lucia for 5 years while in opposition.
The shoe is on the other feet right now and it doesn't feet comfortable.
Flip flop comes to mind.
There are many examples to talk about, but in time the story will be told. The benefactors of these scared tactics that kept investor away from St. Lucia are St.Kitts and Nevis, Antigua, Barbados and St.Vincent - with new projects and developments popping up monthly.
In St. Lucia, sadly - nothing is happening. Everything is at a stand still while VAT is "a vampire attack on the tokens" of the poor and it's implementation and administration will drive the next generation of Saint Lucians into greater poverty.
Is jnmarie a member of the SMA? Its morons like these who have our country in such a mess. Afraid to call a spade a spade. I admire the testicular fortitude of miss calderon and i wish the so call media would have balls to take on the inept handling of our economy by this slp administration.
I will spend a few millions of my dollars to make sure that echo Mrs Calderons sentiments overseas. What a lady.
