You think the US will be happy with this? Look who is allied to Venezuela and then see.

Lucia needs to look at cutting down on oil, and the number of cars on the road. If it could improve public transport it would be better for environment and cost less. Why not look more at solar?

Energy-conscious Saint Lucians are very few and far between. This is very much reflected by the low priority given to it, by the people who eventually bubble up from the population base as both ministers and PMs.

Alternative energy is not a subject matter of any interest to, and one, that is most certainly, way beyond the education and tether of our sweetheart koolumoonu that are strutting their idiotic stuff almost daily on the talk shows.

Venezuela is a failed Commie State, like Cuba, they're running out of the basics like toilet paper etc.

Perhaps St Lucia should entertain offering asylum to Snowdon. It's top buddy has also offered.

Yea! Kenny and sidekick phillip doing the only thing they know about running a country. Borrow money like a drunken sailor, increase the national debt to cover their incompetence and inability to run the country efficiently.
Between them they have borrowed over $2 billion and heading for 3.
And low information st lucian voters do not care as long as de money dere.

Petro caribe is just one more excuse for phillip to borrow today for todays lifestyle and future generations can pay tomorrow. Just like the African American and the jamaicans.

every day is carnival for our people.

Thank goodness that there are some people who can make informed comments and do not allow politics to completely color their thinking ....
