We were overly optimistic thinking you had fallen off the Vigie Cliffs never to be tortured by your illogical dogma, and sheer unmitigated stupidity.

You have become rancorous because the PM implemented one of Dr. Louis' suggestions and rejected another? Muckrake Jeff if an individual's recommendation is sound economically that does not automatically translates to sound knowledge in Submarine warfare.

How do you conclude that Kenny is inconsistent when he discerns which of Dr. Louis' suggestions is in the best interest of Lucians and chooses that suggestion, while simultaneously accusing Kenny of having his mind already made-up? Muckrake Jeff your intellectual pretensions should really be summarized on a sheet of Toilet Paper and not this Newspaper of Record.

I understand that people don't like Jeff. Not my concern. But even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

ALBA is a dangerous, dangerous thing for st lucia. Debts WILL be racked up which can't be payed for. There has to be consequences from that. Regardless of your politics, lucians must start thinking critically and stop looking for handouts all the time.

3:22 AM please tell us which country that do not have debt? Is is the 1st time you hearing about debt in St Lucia. Instead of talking suggest a better way. Give us the facts you know about Alba, or stop the propaganda.Stop listening to Juke Bois and these useless UWPeeeeeees. They have nothing to offer. They were in office about 2 yrs ago. Show us anything good they did for St Lucia apart from weekly scandals and infighting.

I do think either parties are any good, in case you think I hold a torch for UWP. Both are shit.

But I like to deal in facts, and whether we like it or not, fedee makes valid points with regards to the debt profile of the nations that use the financing facilities. There is no such thing as a free lunch and politicians will phuck up the long term interests of the nation for short term political game.

There's no votes in telling the truth, lucians don't want to hear it.

All nations have debt, but st lucia cannot afford to play with the big boys. All we have is the sun, land and some fish - which is fine. But people need to cut their cloth accordingly; we have no intellectual capital to develop a value added services sector because the standard of english/maths is so poor.

The fact that you read the comments and can be bothered to comment yourself shows you have a brain. Use it critically. The reason lucia so phuck up is cos people give their votes blindly to the idiot politicians.

I as a radio Announcer and a campaigner for the UWP have realized that some of these old heads of UWP are talking too much shit. Jeff is a deceiver because King did not give him some of the Taiwanese money he has a hatred for King and Richard Frederick. We do not want him in UWP anymore. Jeff stay away

Please notice Muckrake Jeff's “Hali-Mary” plea to his Caucasian Naked White man God that is nailed to a piece of wood, in his final paragraph. As much as I do not like the move to ALBA I think the island has No choice. Its either SINK or SWIM. That being said its going to be interesting to see if any funds are forthcoming for anything. When a country is short on Toilet paper how can they help another. But time will tell as History is only written once. Hope the funds are spent wisely and not on TALK & TRAVEL.

Kenny anthony is a coward. He hides his incompetence behind gobs of borrowing.
Knowing his failure at governance all he can do is throw money like manure at everything hoping something will grow. It is a cowards way out - a coward with no management skills who is afraid he will be exposed.
It is also the trait of a narcissist who cannot see the dangers of his profligate spending and creation of debt. It is also amazing to see all his traits of a snake oil salesman : he accuses his opponents of all his own sins, he confidently contradicts himself from one speech to another : VAT, Taiwan, the state of the world economy, his vain confident staring down of opponents even as he repeated lies.
A coward and scamp.
