ARC READY TO SET SAIL

220 sail boats, carrying about 7 people each, bringing their accumulated trash and raw sewer to our shores; and we call that tourism.
The starting destination where these boats were plenished (with supplies) is the clear winner; we, where the trash is being dumped is the clear loser.
For 23 years St.Lucia doesn't have anything to show from this stupid race.
