It had to be a hungry clown like Franklin McDonald who would write such foolishness. Hungry just like Peter Josie! Mc Donald is shamelessly suggesting that Allen Chastanet should not be prosecuted for his alleged misappropriation of the government's money, that the Taiwanese had handed over to Parliamentary Representatives to spend in their constituencies. Let Franklin McDonald steal government's money, and he will see how quickly his black ass will end up at Bordelais. But he is crying for Allen Chastanet, when there is ample financial evidence that Allen corruptly abused the government's money. How much more shameless can Franklin McDonald be? I am not a supporter of Allan Chastanet.
He is no different than the other thousands of failed and failing liberal/progressive/socialist vulgar politicians that have been on the political stage in the Caribbean since the 1970s.
Some are better political actors than others (Kenny , pj Patterson) and manage to stay around for longer periods of time but in the end their countries are no better of at their end of their tenure. All they have going for them is an ability to hang in there based on the primitive political culture that creates mendicancy based on a liberal freeness and victimhood agenda to keep the elites in power and with fat salaries and pensions.
Having said that I am not therefore surprised at the rampant ignorant racism of SLP supporters when it comes to Mr. Chastasnet. It shows the lack of class of people that elect politicians in our island. These are the same people that comitt the atrocities in other countries that we read about. If they will be so vulgar under these circumstance imagine what would happen if they were given unbridled freedom to do as they pleased.
