This is Saint Lucia where we are happy. Saint Lucia Nice. Smile!!! It would be nicer still if the government, our government, would hear and listen to the very loud cry of the people.
He was a very nice and amusing teacher. That was what Saint Lucians used to be until they got poisoned with politics from a Venci imported foreigner backed by a backstabbing Looshan coolie. Such would sell their mothers, far less the island.
@3.13 you dont have to go so far like USA. Our own so called "human rights lawyers" are the ones who complaining in USA how police handling the jobs. The problem is right here in our country!
whenever a customer withdrawing money in the bank why the hell is it that the teller counting the money for all other to see how much money go over the counter ???
Our acceptance of double standards is at the heart of such criminality corroding the moral standing of our younger people in this country.
I am willing to bet you that the person or persons who deprived this pensioner of his fixed income are much younger than he is.
But, the older generations saw it fit to promote as their leader, someone deeply implicated in robbing Saint Lucians of their blood sweat and tears, like stealing from the Sunday Mass collection, or the collection box in a church.
Our political bandits used the Cabinet Paper like a mask, to rob the Treasury, like the Sunday Mass collection in Church.
What kind of message are you sending to the rest of the population, when you reward people like that, just because the are from your political party?
The rot is stinking to high Heaven. The weak and the vulnerable are and will continue to pay for our acceptance of aiding and abetting some very real reprobates in political office.
Most Saint Lucians have ceased a long time ago, to be part of the solution. Doing such things and rewarding evil like what that political party still coming to the electorate for votes, is just plainly being part of the problem. Can we ever hope for a brighter future for ourselves and our children and grandchildren when we reward such political nastiness and backward things like this, that those stinking political maggots did?
So we make our beds. So we will have to lie on it.
Today, it is teacher Desir. Tomorrow, it might well be you.

He was a creature of habit, making him a target. The bank teller himself could be part of it.
