I certainly hope and pray that this new center will prove to be all that we hope for the people of the great nation on St Lucia.

Mr. Miller, I too agree and hope and pray. Then, there is the idea of a big building with untrained professionals etc that keep creeping in the back of my mind.

Less we forget the carpark in Castries. Nice building, wouldn't you say?

It's nice Taiwan provides the hospital, and St. Lucia provides the mentally sick ones.

Way to go!

Bad things and politics...a whole lot.

We always have to make everything political trying to be smart, "big building with untrained professionals" How can a professional be untrained? All professionals have to be trained to be professionals in the first place. Let us stop criticising St lucia, because we Lucians are very intelligent, there are lucians doing schooling all over the world. You must check you facts before talk, you ever hear there anything in St lucia that is closed down because they cannot find people to work it? How the car park come into that? There is enough cars in St Lucia, we NEED the car park.

Praise God to the SLP, for providing the mental hospital. Rufus, mondersir and Spida posing to the camera as if it is their work that gave us the hospital, they cannot even complete the structure. One day they must show us what work they are doing for our tax dollars, we are paying them.

It seems to me that a prerequisite to be a St.Lucian is that one has to be affiliated with a political party.
Politics is like the air we breath, without it we can't survive and that's very sad. You either have to be SLP or UWP, what happen to independent minds, and are we always gonna be sheep or is it too hard to think for ourselves?

People don't realise how dangerous political fanaticism can be and I feel so sorry for them.

How can we in St Lucia be independent and do not speak about politics, in a small island like St Lucia. People in big countries like the U.S. do not even have to care about politics because people can get something to in so many different areas, as the economy is bad, people with degrees are doing jobs like cleaning etc to survive in the U.S. We in St lucia our lives are effected by everything the politicians does, we do not have a choice. Where can you get work if the politician are not performing well in St Lucia? You try to open a small business, people do not have money to buy. So that is the reason, when we have a non performing government we have to speak about it. How dangerous is that?
