People who look for trouble won't wait till dark as other years have proved. Problem always is that some law breakers will get away with it having 'pals' in the police force, whilst others will be bullied, harrassed and possibly shot by the police, this underhandedness destroys the credibility of the police so whatever time is chosen nothing will change.

they killing people broad day, so i don't see the deal. If you need more man power bring in lik3 75-100 police and soldiers and done.
