Throwing Red Herrings

Isn't it uncanny how politics can create friendships and enemies among the same group of people at various times? Everybody knows that not too long ago Kenny and Michael Chastanet were practically married. One could not make a move without the other. In fact Kenny ate a lot of red meat and red herring at Chastanet's table. And everybody should know that not too long ago Chastanet was the "go to" guy for money and jobs for Kenny, Pip and other labour leaders. Some may not know there used to be a time when Ti Chass arranged tours of Sandals' properties for Kenny.

So what has happened to tear apart those lovers? What to Kenny was 'love" was only "business" to Chastanet. Kenny didn't realize that Chastanet was interested in marriage only "for better" (not for worse), and only in times of good health - not bad. So when the good times ended, Chastanet gave Kenny one last shaft and gave him back his ring. That's what happened in a nutshell.

So St. Lucians should not be fooled by all that tra la la between Kenny, Pip and the Chastanets. They may be fighting now, but just watch what will happen if and when the political pendulum swings. They will be hugging up and loving up all over again.

Break up to make up; that's all they do. So they ain't fooling me.

Stop belabouring the point.
Chastanet dropped Kenny because Kenny and Phillip were FAILURES who brought St. Lucia into a billion dollars worth of debt , could not deal with crime, wrecked havoc with the social fabric and exacerbated the ills of society.

The fact is that from the Labour Party, Chastanet has borne the brunt of endless racist remarks and attitudes. They should just admit that this has always been their way.

Kenny hates Chasteant because he sees him as another "red man" who has the same attributes as Kenny by which Kenny mamaguyed St. Lucians.
Kenny did the same to Lawson Calderon to get him out of the way as a possible rival.

Wake up St. Lucia to the vindictive individual you have in your midst.

This article fails to move me. Just a blatant, feeble attempt at trying to make the uwp seem good.
NEWSFLASH:THEY DON'T COME CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kenny and SLP are "Masters of Propaganda" ... at least that is how I see it. When they sow their propaganda seeds, it only flowers in some fields - the blind believers fields.

Oh how I love Westminster style politics, we're a small Nation but a bulb shines brighter in a smaller room. So let the campaign begin.

Wow...Margaret Desir has a really facile mind...oh and by the way I am not a party hack...as it seems any time you disagree with someone in St. Lucia then that is what you are branded....

Just observing that there is no consistent logic to the way she is attempting to express her point of vieww...it just seems like a rant

I am happy that the opposition is taking note of what all actions of gov't ministers..including Chastenet...that is what they are supposed to do...this is called governance

Governance involves both the incumbent party and the

But then some of us upper class St. Lucians think that all the answers reside with us so we don't want governance we want dictatorship

My dear lady...the opposition is doing its job!!!! Get used to it its called DEMOCRACY!!!

Meant to say governance involves the incumbent party and the opposition

To Blogger # 2: what are you a school master or something? You bark at blogger # 1 to stop belabouring the point - only to be-labour your own point.

Blogger # 1 is saying this isn't about racism; it's about the marriages of convenience that go on between politicians and businessmen. Get used to it!

WHEN Rick Wayne said St. Lucia is an island of jackasses and our IQ is the lowest in the world I can simply say this is correct. Only in St Lucia an 80 year old man will be elected for Prime Minister. Only in St. Lucia where we have two Noble Leaurates our prime minister have only a GCE in RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE, there is an Ex Prisoner as Foreign Minister,A major drug dealer is a minister a man who said education is not important is a minister,8 ministers killed a prime minister etc.
St. Lucians be careful other nations laughing at us

Conratulations to the noble brave MP for East Castries, you have voiced out loud what rank and file ordinary StLucians have been concerned about ie black people becoming second class citizens in our own country.

Power to your elbow please, please, continue to voice the concerns of ordinary poor Lucians.
Dont let the the Massa club apologist deter you from voicing the needs of poor Lucians.

This should be a timely reminder to some politicians ie the purpose of entering politics is improve the quality of life of the people, not to put additional burdens on them for the benefit of one group.

You are the first politician to have voiced support for the black boy and girl of StLucia Well sir black boys and girls nationwide salute you and thank you!

For once a politicican has touched the pulse of the youth, the matters you raise form part of young peoples discussions and debates in the park, on the beaches in our homes and in our debating forums, we thought politicians were deaf. in our homes our parents advise us to to voice our concerns in low tones incase we are overheard, well at least you have opened up pandoras box, you will be castigated by some those with the goal of maintaining the status quo, those who must carry out their masters deeds, but from today you are the hero of young people of St. lucia.
Going to ask our teacher to invite you to speak at our school.

Alorse! De apologists for white and khaki exploitation of black St. Lucians like Ms Desir, are coming out of the woodwork. OK people, it is election time.

Who should vote for A POLITICAL DEK DEK? Me? You? Should you vote for any senile political dek dek who cannot remember that he was at a meeting when he voted in favour to grant concessions to a fellow minister of cabinet?

That man had the gall to tell the appellate court that he was NOT there. The records showed otherwise.

Can you in your heart vote for a minister who looks after other ministers' welfare and not your own, then Sandals welfare boasting great airlift numbers going to that all-inclusive giving us only lowclass jobs but taking money from the treasury to increase the profits for his friends' businesses?

Should St Lucians continue doing this couyontwee next elections?

There is also the major issue when the UWP allowed one mogul to put a choke hold on the supermarket business in the country.

All countries are trying to invite competition to reduce the prices facing consumers and reduce the cost of living. Awah. St. Lucia is creating monopolies with cabinet ministers at the head of these business.

Some people have no sense of shame!

What do you want next? You want that other Jamaican mulatto man driving our economy from the backseat too?

Aybyen Bon Dieu, keee manyierre nous twapay corr nous con sah?

We found ourselves in this mess, because we St. Lucians consistently voted people in politics who were in bed with persons in big business, putting these folks before the average St. Lucian and the country, people who generally had little real work experience that was anything near credible, and so forth. And in other instances people who demonstrated that the ain't really care about anything else but their pockets. So as far as I am concerned they can all go to hell1

Although St. Lucians felt the pain of Chastanet at work, when Butch Stewart fired those hotel workers just before the 1996 elections. The sad thing is Kenny was supporting Butch Stewart with that, because he didn't take a stand for the workers. Then when Butch Stewart and Chastanet gave him the boot, he lost the elections, and now he singing a different tune, for the time being. It is now time for us St. Lucians to keep these politicians that selling our country to business men for nothing, so they get their cut under the table, to be kept completely out of Government. We are fed-up with that crap which is sinking the country into a deeper and deeper hole. One Sandals manager was heard boasting how Butch have these politicians in the palm of his hands, for money, and I being there as a St. Lucian hearing that, I was really embarassed. I won't bother to mention the names here, it's too downright embarassing. We must remove that crap from St. Lucia politics. Mother-England, realize that the so-called vote for Party ain't working, see what they did. We St. Lucians must take a cue, and vote for individuals, purely on their good record, Not tainted records. We will be better off as a country for it. In that way, no party will really have power. We will keep them hanging by their balls, and we the people will truly have the power. For once they will have no choice, but to listen to the people who put them there. And anyone of them play the fool, we put enough pressure to get them to at least come out of the Cabinet/Government.

That HIGH COURT CASE in St. Lucia involving Allen Chastanet and Keith Mondesir, says it all, where in fact they were both directly and indirectly facilitated a Customs evasion of taxes, and possible fraud. That's not the kind of people needed in St. Lucia politics, not now, not ever.

First of all, I am a St.Lucian who has just left the country to study abroad. Now living overseas I can see so many things differently. First what a poor writer this Margaret Desir woman is. No where in her article does she quote what Philip Pierre is alleged to have said. Poor poor Poor. A public letter should be balanced except if like Ms.Desir you have an agends. May I remind the writer that in oppositon Rufus(Brucie Tucker) said that more hotels should be owned by St.Lucians.? Has she forgotten?
Philip Pierre has more credibility in his little finger than, all the members of the current Government combined. Oh and on the issues of credibility, let us remind ourselves of the phrase used in a court of law to describe Mr.Chastney.....NOT A CREDIBLE WITNESS. Can some body tell me on what level they find the man credible? Is it his political ideology, is it his love for the people of St.Lucia, is it the way he wants all those less fortunate than him self to have a standard of life one tenth as good as his family. Is it the many social programmes he will bring out to help the less fortunate in Soufriere.? Yeah right. King knows Allen wants one thing....to be the next UWP Prime Minister.Poor King note when he launched the man his exact worried words. "Allen will be the next Minister of Tourism in the next UWP Government." Never have I heard so much stupidity. The election has not even been called. So why talk about the next government. And it stands to reason that if he is doing such a good job, why move him any way? That is an indication that King knows his future is not in his hands. Good luck to Philip Pierre he is a man of the people, he is a trusted MP, a man that Guy Joseph can only marvel at.
Overseas St.Lucian. (Two months since I left my beloved St.Lucia)

God I read this letter this stupid woman wrote again.

Its all about Allen this and Allen that...Please Ms Desir its not about Allen...its about the people of St. Lucia!!! He just does not have the integrity or the competence

I know a thing or two about Allen's competence and his attempts to undermine Pip...while Pip was the Minister of Tourism...

See St. Lucians don't know about all the wranglings behind the scenes. A certain former Chairman of a statutory needed to keep Allen well away from government/investor negotiations....as he was seeking invites to certain negotiations in the hope of announcing that he was influential in these negotiations and not Pip the minister of tourism at the time...

He was already gunning for politics at this time you see. He did not succeed though...thanks to the strength of a great many people and the COMPETENCE of Pip as a Tourism Minister....

this ain't about party...this is a class struggle with mild racial overtones

I wonder why the case against the former tourist board comptroller has suddenly gone quiet...could it be that forensic accounting investigations uncovered more than Chastenet bargained for...

be careful when you try to use very long ropes to hang others...your foot might get caught and you may just end up dangling over the edge too

From what Kenny and Pierre and all those SLP hacks are saying, it seems they were blind all along and just got their eyseight back. It seems like they only now can see Chastanet's skin colour. As one blogger said, Chastanet was white when SLP was in power; he was white when THEY allowed him to create a monopoly in the supermarket business (wasn't PIP Minister of Commerce then?); he was white when they went to him for jobs and campaign money. All that racisim crap is nothing but a smokescreen because Chastanet and his son swing on them. That's what is is plain and simple. It's the same thing with Frederick. All the time he was Laba he was OK now he is flambeau all hell break loose. We the people have to see through these things and stop politicians taking us for a ride.

Anonymous said...

To use a local phrase: blogger above, ou paka honte???

Anonymous said...

It is something the SLP will never learn. When you make remarks like these you are only playing to ignorant supporters in your party. This does not advance SLPs cause. Pip did not bring in one new supporter from the otherside to SLP with this stupid remark.

What the blogger of August 30 at 6.58am said is dead right. It is the idiot below his/her comments qui parca honte. When Michael Chastant became Kenny Anthony's best buddy, eating and drinking together, he Kenny could not care less about us ordinary Lucians. That is why he ain't say a damn word, far less to cuss out Butch Big Belly Stewart, when he rid his hotel of Lucian staff, just before the December 2006, elections just like that. Kenny was also Butch Stewart'S buddy. And doh ask for Rosemary, the wife. But what he ain't realize was that both Butch and Chastanet ain't nobody friend. Not their mama nor their Pa. Their friend is MONEY, Money and Money. So when Kenny get the big kick from them,I doubt he learn any lesson yet. Kenny was never any bright fellar. Cram to pass exams, but he ain't never have any real intelligence. He always was a bluffer.

Under PIP and KENNY Michael Chastanet got richer in whatever form, by whatever means, he buy-up everything in sight in St. Lucia under PIP and KENNY. So Blogger, " pay jell ou lar ". "Say woo key pas ni honte". Avec Kenny eck PIP.

Remember Chastanet, Kenny and SHAWN MURPHY? Whatever happen to the you know what/ SANS HONTE. SANS HONTE, SANS HONTE. That is why Kenny Anthony will have a dog's life getting into a Government Office, and the same holds for the Labour Party under a Kenny and Anthony.

'Sar wat la car dee lear e en faytaie kie, say pas sar e car dee ler e are ter". Meaning: "what the RAT says when it is in the ceiling of the house, is not what it says, when it is on the ground". Put that in your PIP, and smoke it.And smoke it well.

Ms Desir,
I am afraid that you will have to blame the UWI'S lecturers in sociology, government and politics, and economics for Mr. Pierre's remarks regarding the commanding heights of the economy.

Next you will have to blame your own colonial mentality and your Eurocentric biases for trying to persuade anyone here in the 21 century, that people with a khaki-coloured skin have a divine right to govern and exploit St. Lucians for their own personal gain.

First of all people like Chastenet don't think like the rest of us.

Second, they can't share our life experiences. They were born with golden spoons in their mouths.

Third, you too must tremble in your boots, when you are told the simple truth that people like Chastenet don't look like most of us.

So why the heck do think that they will ever be able to ever really represent us?

King, a real coconut, brown on the outside and white on the inside allowed a complete monopoly of the supermarket sector by Chastenet. The Cheshire Cat, who thinks that he is white and is MP material, follows like Chastenet's shadow. Just another earhead who made it to parliament.

Chastenet represents minority interests and is therefore very very wrong for St. Lucia.

One, he is just too cozy with the exploitative all-inclusive hotel set from Jamaica for comfort. That man has the gall to tell St. Lucians that he has lovely arrival numbers. When you scruntize those numbers a lot are going to all inclusives that provide just menial jobs for St. Lucians.

Make this man an MP and we are going to be in the backpocket of another mogul as menial workers. What a very kind future to be eager for.

Ms Desir, people with your thinking are dinosaurs. You belong to the colonial era. You should quietly crawl up as you go back there.

Pierre is right to highlight the ruthless exploitation of the khaki-coloured exploitation of the working population in St. Lucia.

You, like the Ali Babas in government today have no conscience, and absolutely no sense of shame!

Anonymous said...

Chastenet is NEVER EVER be able and going to represent St. Lucia. We must stop fooling ourselves. He is part and parcel of mercantile predatory class. He will ALWAYS be representing that group ABOVE all and everything else.

See? He has demonstrated that he has a very peculiar memory too. Before a court of appeal, he did not know that he had been present at a meeting on the day when he and his other cabinet colleagues gave very generous concessions to another.

If so, HOW WILL HE EVER REMEMBER THAT THE PEOPLE WHOSE INTERESTS HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTING ARE THE MAJORITY OF BLACK PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY?.

Therefore, true representation of black people will never happen with him. Pierre is so right!

It is time for everybody to know that the majority of people in this country are black. Our forefathers paid their dues. And grievously did they pay for them.

They were forced out of their homes under gunfire and torched villages. They suffered the disgraceful ordeal of the Middle Passage from cruel moneymakers. The went through the indignity of being sold like cattle on the docks. They worked for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for hundred of years.

Anybody who aides and abets or tries to perpetuate this dishonourable vicious and degrading behaviour by seeing after their own interests or that of offspring of that group of heartless brutes, by the parliamentary route, deserves to be identified and their actions highlighted in full to the public.

This is the 21 century. It is not the 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 centuries that black people suffered and slaved to make white people rich and their children and grandchildren richer.

This has got to stop. We have to put an end to this very cruel joke that the gatekeepers and protectors of the white and khaki mercantile establishment is perpetrating on the VAST MAJORITY of the population [90%] which is black. Pierre is SO right.

Chastenet, good for white and khaki exploiters. Bad for St. Lucia.

Anonymous said...

Philip J Pierre is a fighter for the lower class. He could of sat quiet like he has done before and generations before him but rather made his sentiments which reflects that of the majority of st.lucians of the economic/high class. Allen Chastanet just wants to become Prime Minister so he can hire more exorbitantly priced consultants, more CHA and FCAA conferences and more illegal concessions

Anonymous said...

There is no such thing as a "menial job". A job that puts bread on the table, books in your child's school bag, clothes on your body, shoes on your feet, a roof over your head CANNOT be menial. Would Pip prefer the thousands of workers in the hotel industry sit on the block or become thieves? Pip can talk about exploitation of workers but it is disrespectful of him to describe those who work for thier living as doing menial jobs.

Anonymous said...

It is time that brown-coloured and khaki-coloured people in St. Lucia come to terms with the simple fact that BLACK PEOPLE WERE NOT CREATED TO MAKE THEM AND WHITE PEOPLE RICH.

How many hotel workers die as millionaires? They work. And they work. And they work. As maids. As cleaners. As gardeners. They die tired. Mort lass. AND THEY DIE POOR.

How much wealth do they pass on to their offspring?

Ms Desir has no shame coming in here to promote inequality, and the retention of the status quo.

Shame on you! It is so sad. You and the people you are defending so stoutly, do not have a conscience!

You like the politicians in the cabinet just see our blacks as people to be continuously exploited.

90 percent of St. Lucians are black. Mr. Chastenet and Kenny are not. Tell us this. WHO ARE KENNY AND CHASTENET REPRESENTING THEN?

I really don't want to get involved with the statements of white and black, because as I see it, Kenny and chastanet are same colour. I was not there, have not heard Pierre's statement, but based on what I am hearing, it appears that Pierre was not really referring to the colour, per se, but was pointing to the issue of a certain small group of business people, attempting to HOG all money in St. Lucia for themselves and their family only. And on that score, all right thinking St. Lucians can take a stand and identify with that. Now on the matter of Chastanet in the respect, I strongly believe that we St. Lucians must see Chastanet as bad for St. Lucia politics for the following reasons:-

In the early 1980's

This man barely arrived in St. Lucia, got a job from Ausbert D'Auvergne in the Government Civil Service. Before he could have sat his backside on a seat in there properly, did not care to serve the people of St. lucia, when he was given an opportunity, but instead left for overseas, for MORE MONEY.

When he returned to St. Lucia years later, never came to the Civil Servicebut went where the MONEY was bigger.

Now, also look at his father's operations. Whilst all business closing down, and ordinary and even middle class St. Lucians struggling, including some lawyers, Chastanet buying up everything in sight in St. lucia. He building all kind of structures, from Roseau to the Rodney Bay, Vieuxfort, "too par too" with record completion time. How he bought Mr. Gregory St. Jour Hotel through the Bank of St. Lucia, is still a ------? Well assisted by what I am told by a top SLP man.Money ain't a problem for Chastanet. his construction completes in record time.

Allen come up with the strangest projects for tourism in St. Lucia that I have ever seen, and with zero returns, from a significantly large capital outlay.Boxing in Sin City, this conference, that conference, airlines assistance, and so forth. His father would never accept these ridiculous investments in his own business. But king allow Chastanet to waste so much much-needed money for St. Lucia.

Then the ALLEN CHASTANET AND KEITH MONDESIR, mess in the HIGH COURT.

No way, Jose, from the so-called consultant, Mr. Hackleberry? I forgot his name, and the rest of the exploiters Chastanet is helping rip-off Lucians. I ain't for CHASTANET. LUCIANS AIN'T FOR CHASTANET. THAT'S THE POSITION.

All those racist remarks about Chastenet underly one huge problem facing persons of African heritage throughout the world.

We keep on making excuses for our failures. We are always victims. It is always someone elses fault.

Just like in America where a black man was voted in as the first black leader of a major world power. Instead of using it as a tool of good the race baiters like Sharpton use it to push for more freeness for African Americans and more welfare checks and keep bleeding America to death.

Why do we have all the problems in Africa ? Why are persons of African heritage always at the bottom of the economic and social pile, in America, in Europe, in South America ?
Why are so many African centric countries failed states as in the Caribbean ?

It is not because of lack of ability. If we people of African heritage put our minds to it, were disciplined and more structure there is no race that could do better than us.

Instead we follow all the poor examples that put us down. We follow liberalism, we follow socialism because they promise to redistribute other people's wealth that we want for free. We ignore the family unit. We praise single motherhood when the absence of the father in the home is the biggest single factor that keeps us down. We always looking for Massa to give us a handout.
African Americans sell out their vote to Democrats for welfare checks.

In St. Lucia we do not talk about ill descipline, we do not talk about the destructive roro, maypuis mentality, we do not talk about the poor work ethic, we do not talk about the high crime rate or the criminal behaviour of politicians who WE vote into power.

All we have is excuses that was played into with Pierre's remarks. Wake up St. Lucia and smell the coffee.

I am a white woman who visited St. Lucia fell in love with the place ,eventually purchased a home and resided here for the past 12 years. I read what Philip Piere said and on reflection the man is right, further this is a discussion that is long overview.

Anonymous said...

Yuo think because you are a white woman who lives in St. Lucia that you have credibility to say that Pierre's remarks make sense.

It is precisely people like you that keep black people down with your misplaced guilt about racism.

Liberals like you continue to class us as victims to be treated as unfortunate, clueless individuals that must constantly be protected from more fortunate others -like white people.

Sorry do not need your pity. The last slave in my family was over 160 years ago.

Anonymous said...

I am sorry that Phillip Pierre did not put this issue in the simplest form, so that each semi-literate or illiterate or educated idiot, could have clearly understood.

Under John Compton, a few so-called "big-shots" controlled the majority of St. Lucia's money/wealth. All kind of borbol better known as corruption flourished. Comton did not give one damn about the ordinary Joe Blow. He generally used their children, usually their daughters for his demonic activities. This small group in St. lucia, of business people-made it their business to keep Compton there ad infinitum. They brought him back in 1996. Michael Chastanet was one key rascal/D.D. who pushed D'Auvergne in the Cabinet, of course, supporting John [the Devil] mi Jab la Compton.

D'Auvergne saw Richard frederick as a threat. And as worm-like/tormented as he is,went all out to get rid of him. D'Auvergne has always operated in that style. He did this throughout his tenure in the civil Service. John Compton had by force, to find a place to push Dwight Venner, when D'Auvergne insisted he be moved out of the ministry of Finance, same thing for Bernard La Corbiniere. These folks were getting in his Cor---way. They had to go.So to rid the Cabinet of
Richard Frederick, his best girl-friend Marie-Ange Louis was sent to be the Permanent Secretary at the ministry of Home Affairs. It was by that time well known in the Public Service that Terrance leonard, then Comptroller of Customs, liked Marie-Ange. Leonard was always known in Customs to be spineless and a leech, and could be used. So he was good for the job of getting Frederick. On the Police end, Marie-Ange Louis and Ausbert Regis were well known in the Service to be dead enemies. So Ausbert had to be out, all under D'Auvergne's hand as the Minister of Public Service. John Broughton upon his arrival became good friends with Michael Chastanet. Remember he was renting a house at Choc owned by Chastanet. They were best buddies. So broughton would be very happy to do the hatchet job, sine that jack-ass was not smart enough to want that post, even when all his English colleagues disagreed with his taking that post.So with Marie-Ange Louis as PS for the police, Broughton is Michael Chastanet's best friend, Terrence in love with Marie-Ange all would be well, or so they thought. No long afterwards, Ausbert D'Auvergnes best girl-friend Marie-Ange, gets married to Terrance Leonard, and D'Auvergne is Leonard's best-man. Get It? Rewards! Rewards! Rewards.
But there is always a greater planner, and the rest is history. D'Auvergne, Broughton, Terrence Leonard and his new-found wife Marie-Ange are on the historical DUNG-HEAP.Compton who facilitated D'Auvergne at all times as well. He was the first to be placed on the dung-heap.It is said that a banana tree was placed in the coffin. The public must not see him in the state he was. Everything torn apart. He was exorcised. So as soon as Compton was taken, the rest of the dominoes must fall. And so they did. Now enter Chastanet (Petit poin toot]. All in the name of keeping the average Lucian where the few BIG-SHOTS want us to be. But JAH ain't sleeping. His eyes wide open, and so Peiti Chastanet ain't know for how long he around, nor papa poin toot, nor Bristol, etc. Bon Dieu parcar domi. The people of St. Lucia must know the truth and protect themselves.

I have just read the Court Of Appeal's judgement on the case involving ALLEN CHASTANET & KEITH MONDESIR. I share a little of what I read to my fellow St. Lucians here and abroad. It states as follows:

'On any view of the evidence, the decision of the Cabinet (the UWP Government of St.Lucia) is so outrageous in its defiance of logic and accepted moral standards that no sensible person who had applied his mind to the question to be decided, could have arrived at the decision that the Cabinet of St. Lucia (the United Workers Party Government) made". Paragraph 61 of Page 28 of the Judgement.

"The evidence" said the Court, points unyieldingly to a decision made for IMPROPER purposes to SHIELD the MINISTER {KEITH MONDESIR} from further investigation and possible prosecution for breaches of the Customs Law"

The COURT further declared that ALLEN CHASTANET the Minister for Tourism WAS NOT A CREDIBLE WITNESS AND THE EVIDENCE DOES NOT PAINT A FAVOURABLE PICTURE OF HOW [HE CHASTANET] CONDUCTED HIS BUSINESS AS A MINISTER OF GOVERNMENT." Paragraph 37,ibid, at Page 17.

As a re-blooded St. Lucia I feel insulted that those two CROOKS are sitting in a Government in St. Lucia. They must be pressured out, at all cost. They are a national disgrace and a black stain on governance and Government, in this Country. They must go, and soon.Otherwise, they will continue to build an unhealthy rage in the country.

As my grand-father would say, say-lay-wa. sans honte. Shameless rascals, GO. GO NOW OR ELSE----.

There is already a boiling pot of rage about to explode in St. Lucia. This is really part of what we are seeing, in terms of so much violence and murder everywhere. Peoples fuses are getting shorter by the day. I won't be surprised if something involving mass shootings because of so many young people being frustrated in the place. The older folks must set good examples, beginning with those politicians.
