If no physical or emtional harm was done to the young lady, why the hell she is on probation. The Head of Probation herself needs Probation for herself and her family. This woman is a complete waste in that Department. The Devil knows why she's still there. This boy should be spoken to by the Judge and left to complete his life. This thing that passes for Probation in St. Lucia is a bloody waste of time.

All young sixteen and fifteen boys and girls engage in what we called vice, better known as intercourse, and that includes Judges and Magistrates, priests and nuns. If one was sixteen and the other a teen as well, what really is the big deal. Why is he on Probation. That Probation Department is a mess. Its Head needs Probation as well. The COURTS SHOULD KNOW THAT BY NOW. THE HEAD OF THAT PROBATION DEPARTMENT IS NOT TRAINED TO HOLD THAT POSITION.

It was painful to read Ashley Alexander's news article ... chock full of spelling errors, bad grammar and malapropisms.

She writes " ... the defendant that day was bearing clutches due to a broken leg..." As a journalist Ashley .. the boy that day was was on CRUTCHES ... how can he "bear clutches"?

I lost the gist of the story, and had to give up - too painful to read bad writing.

An example of our poor education system. How did this pass the editor?
