all good news for the country.

Jamaican unemployment rate has hovered between 13% and 16% in the last ten years, despite tourist arrivals increasing 50% in the period.

Nearly 25% jobs are now in the tourism sector and most of them pay less than $15 a day, below what many locals consider the poverty line.

The growth of the tourism industry on the Dominican Republic and Jamaica has been complex but limited and more balanced development based on education has created better paying jobs in Costa Rica.

These procurements are hoodwink gimmick s --- geared towards election trickery, you cannot fool US.

Saint Lucians have had decades of dashed hopes and false promises regarding sustainable development. At the same time, this UWP administration’s spending is out of control, the real wage of workers remains flat, and the prices of basic goods and services are increasing beyond the reach of many, forcing them to go without, while driving them into poverty.

Saint Lucians want a government that will cut the deficit, streamline current expenditure, and cut wasteful compulsive spending.

Saint Lucians want a government that will safeguard our patrimony and restore balance to the environment by promoting among other things the 3Rs (Re-use, Reduce and Recycle).

The UWP has lost it focus!! Credibility is off the radar.!!! Time to GO!

Sandals is MOT headquartered in St. Lucia. The profits skimmed out of the factors of production in St. Lucia all go to Jamaica. Why sing the praises of Jamaican entrepreneurship when we are hellbent selling our patrimony to help them make profit. St. Lucian government ministers are so-o-o-o-o DUMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

! And we expect our country to develop! Yes, it will develop, but what it will develop as it has been doing since Independence, is poverty, crime, hunger, second and third class citizenship, and such adversities, for us, which we can bet will increase unless we inculcate good sense into our heads and place our survival and well-being as a people at the forefront of our minds.

Mate is such a jackass! He rates just as highly as that grinning country-bookie in terms of performance. People don't eat statistics nor the ratings of hotels. Jackass!! The level of unemployment remains unchanged despite all the loads of statistical crap!!!

Butch is a modern slave-master and his all-inclusive hotels are our new plantations.
