Good piece but you forgot to mention that some employees also lack etiquette when it comes to serving people. There are those especially in public offices and some private ones as well, who would just turn their back on the customer, leave him/her standing there without uttering one word or begging to be excused.

Sometimes they stop serving the customer and chat with coworkers about almost anything while the customer is standing there. They chat, laugh and giggle on their cell phones while customers stand waiting.

nurses boy o boy it is a shame 2 see the behaviour of those persons
the nurses behave as if u have 2 kiss thier behind before their can attend 2 u.
i can forsee one of those days all hell will break loos at V/HOSPITAL WATCH AND SEE,MARK MY WORD.
PEOPLE ARE FEEDUP WITH THOSE BULLSHIT.
