St. Lucians put reprobates in government. What did you expect? Compton is partially to blame!
He embraced someone whom he himself had suspicions of operating beyond the pale and beyond the law in police uniform. Yet, he placed him in his party and in his cabinet. This was highly opportunistic, myopic, and selfish.
This gave the UWP momentum. It placed another very questionable character in the national forefront as being worthy or representing St. Lucia.
Where was Compton's leadership that so many are praising him for? Did he expect to live forever?
Now stunned and numbed in disbelief, those still with a moral compass are praying "Lord, are you there?"
I have two (2) predictions:
1. THE UWP WILL NOT, NOT, NOT BE VICTORIOUS ON MONDAY NIGHT.
2. THE UWP WILL SELF DESTRUCT AND CEASE TO BE A PARTY ON TUESDAY MORNING. EXTINCTION!! (unless of coarse, the stalwarts of the past rescues whats left of the crumbs).
My Fellow St. Lucians:
It is interesting to observe that Dr. Kenny Anthony is still being used as a scapegoat for all the woes that plague the current Government of St. Lucia. If my memory serves me correctly, St. Lucians voted for the Stephenson King Administration in 2006 because they thought that the SLP administration mismanaged tax payer’s money. Okay,….almost five years later why are we discussing these same old issues? St. Lucians spoke loudly and clearly in 2006 when they voted the SLP Administration out of office.
Are we afraid to speak the truth about the current failed Stephenson King Administration? Are we too embarrassed as a nation to discuss openly and honestly the ineptitude of this current administration? Could it be that our pride is preventing us from admitting that we failed as a people, as a nation when we selected the UWP administration over the SLP Administration? Let me state emphatically …..WE FAILED AS A PROGRESSIVE PEOPLE AND NATION when we elected the Stephenson King Government. We failed our children and grandchildren when we voted this corrupt administration into office.
Please let us not get carried away and fool ourselves… this election is not about Dr. Kenny Anthony. This is about voting a corrupt government out of office. We need to send a strong message to this current administration and all future administrations in this country:
As law abiding citizens, we have ZERO tolerance for corruption and lawlessness among those who serve us.
For love of country we need to be brave and do the right thing….we need to do what is in the BEST INTEREST OF OUR COUNTRY and future generations. We need to vote this government out of office. Yes, I said it, the UWP has failed to provide us with effective representation and good governance therefore must be VOTED OUT OF OFFICE!
Finally, for those who continue to speak tirelessly about Dr. Kenny Anthony, please spare us……tell us something new and stop sounding like a broken record.

She is seen on National TV dancing with Richard Frederick, Bousquet et al. How does she explain this? Crap. Shit, I say. Political prostitution, I say. She has fouled up, big time. We have no respect for her, none at all. She's gone down the drain.
And as for that blatant lie about Cabinet Super 8 responsible for John Compton's death. The biggest lie, ever told in St. Lucia.
JOHN COMPTON was day-gar-jayed at a house in the North. This took place on a Friday, before the Labour Day Monday.

En rouge, en rouge, en rouge, you were not the one who day-gar-jayed John Compton, it is a woman who he kept harassing night and day. She cut him up in pieces, and then burnt him. By the time he tried to turn himself back into human, it was impossible. He had to die. Worthless, wretched man. He was doing that thing for much too long. God dealt with him, in his time. When he least expected.
What level of stupidity - the newspapers should withdraw this privilege which is clearly being abused. Freedom comes with responsibility and from what I am reading here shows me a total lack of respect and a sense of reponsibility.
Mr Alexander- my schoolmate (I remember our heated political sessions at St Mary's many moons ago) you need to be applauded for your position. I think that all the other political leaders and civil groups should call for people to be engaged in more constructive and resonsibible debate and dialogue in the newspapers and other social network platforms. Honestly, reading those comments make me wonder where were those contributors schooled.

All of this starts with the word one woman. How do we know what Lady Janice says is true? Why should we not be suspicious that she has taken this long to share these revelations? Why was she not as offended when Richard Frederick spoke her daughter's behalf and danced with her on her platform ? The UWP was not the property of Sir John and Lady Janice and her daughter must accept that and move on.
I saw Janice and Jeannine Compton on National Television dancing and hugging in the most affectionate way, Mr. Richard Frederick.
So what is all this crap about at this time? Hypocrisy, and I am not buying it. Clean up the big drug barons in the Private Sector, then you can come and talk.
Hypocrites. That is why Richard Frederick will win his seat in Parliament, big time. You HYPOCRITES.
You are one of the biggest drug baron. You must be one of fredericks misses, whether you're male or female so go and shake some mouth wash in your dirty jaw.
Frederick again says God made him win his seat.
I tell you, Frederick really thinks his money is God.
