So true! If you look at some of the administrators of some of these sports, they have been around for donkey years, and the sports they govern continue to decline. You would think they would leave to allow some new blood to come on the scene and bring in some new life. No way! They keep doing the same thing and expecting different results. And some of them are on power trips, alienating their members.
