Not quite! Today's HTS News tells a different story - about the 50 odd students who were pre-selected by RISE but who failed the on-line exams set by the IIT. So it seems Government's cautious approach was merited. I hope a see a revised piece from Stan next week in light of these developments.
What happens to the money that was being raised especially if some of the students who were not selected via the online exam were the main people behind it.
Also, what are the grade requirements that the students have to meet in order to keep the scholarship?
which brings the point lucians like too many hand outs from gov. Mr king gov cant just take my tax dollars and give away or gurantee. they have to account.
