Thanks to the SLP and Kenny for this foresight to relieve us poor people of St Lucia. I cannot wait for Kenny to return to facilitate some more good iniciatives. This group of incompetence do not have the intellegence to think of any new idea. All they does is to enrich themselves eg Toxedo, evade custom duties, million dollars from the Tiawanese, take over businesses in the city, like the C&W dance and resturants etc.
