Kenny could have become the next Caricom head as this was his destiny prior to leaving his cushy job to help the blind have surgery to see, the police to be house in better facilities, the inmates (innocent and guilty) to have a facility to house social programmes, to ensure all your block head children who are slow can enter a secondary school and pick up and for those ungrateful ones who dont take care of their parents; universal health care.
If you dont like that - well as you as smart go kiss the PM butt like Rick Wayne
People no matter how much Rick Wayne tries to discredit kenny, he should realise that he has little influence on the next general elections. VOTES win elections and in order for Rick to influence that voter process he MUST get behind the curtains, take the hand of the voter and put the X next to the Touch. If he is unable to do that for EVERY VOTER then guess what? IGNORE HIM!!!!!

And speaking of Rick, de man kissing so much KING butt these days, here is a BLOG of mine the STAR rejected few days ago. These days you can say NOTHING negative about Rick or the UWP on the STAR. Here it is: "What the heck does Rick care if St. Lucia becomes Jamaica? I have told you before that Rick has no choice at this stage in his life. STOP expecting anything different from Rick Wayne. Rick's wife and the rest of his immediate family have already read him the STAR RIOT ACT: “Don't MESS with the King government, because the STAR cannot afford to lose all the government business, OR ELSE!!” As d'Auvergne would say: "THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE!" But there is the additional factor: AGE! With AGE, functional senility begins to set in, like it or not. And Rick's problem is partly this: AGE! Like the singer says: "Leave dem to AGE." And speaking of functional senility, have you guys heard the latest on the so called "brilliant" Barbadian economist and former Prime Minister, Owen Arthur? Well, Owen Arthur just said a few days ago that it is "an insult" for a Saint Lucian (Mara Giraudy Thompson - wife of deceased Barbados PM Thompson) to be a candidate in general elections in Barbados. Owen, like Rick, like Kenny, is supposed to be a "bright" boy. And look at the BS that he is now guilty of babbling. Does Owen know of the hundreds of Barbadians who have made Saint Lucia their home over the past several decades, and who have lived WELL in St. Lucia, while also making their positive contributions to St. Lucia in so many ways? JUST WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH OUR POLITICIANS AND MEDIA MEN AND WOMEN ANYWAY? It is such a grave and absolutely ABSURD contradiction that Rick Wayne should have produced so many great things in his time, and now, in the twilight of his years, he is about to go down the same NASTY road that George Odlum went. Significantly in his latest masterpiece, Lapses & Infelicities, Rick himself revealed the NASTY hand and mind of George Odlum in the wicked plot to discredit Mae and himself, during the years of their struggle to create a new brand of journalism in Helen. LAWD PUT A HAND and do something for St. Lucia and for my people.
Above anonymous...I agree fully with your assessment of Rick Wayne. I used to buy/and or read "The Star" online or otherwise; I DO NOT ANYMORE.
He never publishes my blogs; they were never libel; but critical, with proven facts, as to what is happening to our country under this and past administrations, especially this one.
I feel sorry for Rick Wayne, I really do. A man I had so much respect for and looked up to so much. Alas!!
