WE ARE PAYING THEM THROUGH OUR NOSES FOR THEIR SERVICE. AND WE EXPECT NOTHING LESS. PART OF THEIR OPERATIONAL PROGRAMS MUST INCLUDE EMERGENCIES, GIVEN THE NATURE OF THEIR OPERATIONS AND WHAT THEY SELL. THEY ARE NOT GRANTING US A FAVOR. THEY ARE TRYING TO PREVENT THEMSELVES FROM BEING PRIVATISED IN THE CAST OF LUCELEC FROM GOING TO THE OPEN MARKET TO OFFER THEIR SHARES. SO GET THAT STRAIGHT. THEY ARE NOT GRANTING US A FAVOUR.

AMEN!!...above...this is no "gratis" service, we are paying them through our teeth.

As a matter of fact, their service or product is sub-standard for the kinds of monies dishing out for it.
