This crisis has created opportunities. It has also allowed Saint Lucia, to re-examine the way it operates. In the midst of real pain it is possible to drive through changes that were not possible in ordinary times.

But the seeds of restoration can be sown by struggling economies with strong political will, strong governance and great character that encompass the LPM.
