What's wrong with having a live broadcast of the program. This is the type of exercise we need to publicize!

Chamber members are invited to book their seats early as seating is limited. Like the other Forums the event will be recorded but it will not be broadcasted until much later on.

Why until much later on.
At the very least provide a way for residents to access the video even if they need to pay for it.
