Alright some consultants have been paid.

Yet, the best country to follow regarding the SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS AND CHANGES is BARBADOS.

No other country implementation experience beats the BARBADOS experience.

POS (Point of sale) software experience is very important to remove bottlenecks and ease the transition for resellers of merchandise.

Looking back at the history, it is worthy every penny for the Chamber to review what BARBADOS has done, with respect to implementation.

In terms of savings and rework, it is better NOT to be penny wise and pound foolish.

Find a bring a couple of Barbados's VAT implementation unit's team down for a few days.
