The National Youth Council, like Jerry George on the matter, makes no sense. It's an offense to LOITER, so the police should get the loitering students off the streets.
The NYC must now come out and help the police fight against the problem of loitering and deviant behavior in general in society.

A well put together Statement, NYC. A collaborative approach should be employed. Innovative and youthful programs with a balance of educational activities as well as "interaction" should be undertaken.
Thus far, I must commend NYC for doing a remarkable job!

Hats off NYC !

NYC does not deserve commendation for making this statement. Yes, it should seek to collaborate with the police to rid Castries and elsewhere of this growing problem.
