I wonder what joke was shared that the PM and Alva is laughing their hearts away. I guess better days her here for sure.
Some questions are in order:
1. Who sets the agenda for this council?
2. Is it going to do just PR for central government?
3. Who decides what to do with any budget allocation?
4. Does central government have the final word and control of the allocations and distributions of money to that body?
5. Are these people being paid for their work? And are these payments for travel, for attending meetings, or for the overseeing of the work of the council?
good questions above ...
I wonder what process was used to choose these people.
