Perhaps a feasibility study should be immediately conducted to see whether these 16 acres could be an appropriate location for our nation’s world-class and long-delayed National Cultural Center: funded by international foundations, countries, and other available resources. In this plan, a place would remain reserved for the FRC, and the botanical gardens, recreation park, and other cultural structures (Theatre, Concert Hall, and other such performing arts facilities) artistically landscaped, designed, and built around the currently standing FRC.
