Coping with the Difficult Financial times

Well don't we all facing hard times....Though some people do not see it like some of us do. Say for instance this police woman...."Felicia Mackdome".This woman is owing money to about 80 fellow officers plus other citizens, someone needs to talk to her or the RSLPF needs to have its office attend "Financial rehabilitation"as they too should know the law.
