it is very sad to hear this.st.lucians all over the world are saddened i'm sure cause i'm out of st.lucia and all over the net looking for the story.alot of thoughts run through peoples minds when these things happen.we must also keep in mind that this woman will never forget this.
if the vehicle was not tinted would this child be alive today?
