Again ... I add to Ms Grants' article ... that vehicles are really LEGAL LETHAL WEAPONS!!
It's those slow drivers that cause all the accidents on the road.
I often find my self behind a crawler. As small as our roads are we cannot afford to be driving so slow on the road, these crawlers are keeping people back and holding up a whole line of cars behind them.
As far as I am concerned slow drivers are very inconsiderate drivers. In addition to causing lines of cars to build up behind them, they drive so leisurely on the road that they don't use their turn signals, cut across at roundabouts without using the appropriate lanes and brake often even when they are on a clear straight road.
These people are hazards.
Seem like there is no speed limit in st lucia. Just in case it is unknow or unenforced if memory serve me right it is 15 mph city and 35 highway.
Yeah, minimum speed limit.

I hope we meet in a dark alley some night because I have been wondering who to blame for all of the tailgaiting on the highway...my cutlass will be swingin and sharp...

There are some bad drivers on the road who also drive slow on the road.
