The stadium does not put revenue into the coffers of government. The stadium is a drain on the coffers of government. These guys are off to a good start. I predict that economist guy will soon quietly slip out the side door.

Quotes to ponder:

The most important things in life aren't things.

The hardest things in life is which bridge to cross & which to burn.

There are so many men who can figure cost, and so few who can measure values.

You forgot one:

Speaking in parables doesn't mean you're Jesus.

Prudent stated the difference in operation between the Taiwan and China; he should continue to add that the difference between the UWP and the SLP is that the former thinks of how to survive on short term whereas the latter party (SLP) thinks long term for the benefit of our children. Therefore the referendum should determine whether the people are prepared for the future or just another day.

Wonder if these jokers wold be calling for a referendum if the SLP were in power ?

Now we know their aim is to get the SLP to coddle up to them to give them St. Aimee's job in New York.

How dare you call them jokers? They have presented better ideas than the unlearned men in the UWP.

Chinese projects put money directly into Government's hand?

Chinese projects also put Chinese imports directly into our markets and Chinese restaurants directly onto our streets with Chinese people directly being employed at these establishments who barely speak English.

A flood of Chinese imports if you ask me!
