Carlton,
Your opinion was very detailed on the things nneded to fix the cultural location and the other associated avenues that accompany such a facility. You had me until you started to compare or should I say complain about the price of the airport with the building of the cultural center. Different issue my friend. I think that you were writing a piece in the letters and opinions section. Don't tell me "it is your God given right to voice your opinion or to express yourself as you see fit" Opinion piece it is your ideas. Like you said change is not a bad thing including expanding our suffociating airport.
