What hubris! Their words: “Everything is running smoothly . . . nothing challenging nothing we haven’t encountered before; it’s well within our limits." Yet they offer no completion date for the whole project; not even a time-frame estimate. Who hires a contractor that does not give a time-limit and cost estimate? Evidently, only the St Lucian government does this. Therefore, does this mean that St Lucians will be robbed again?
To PLAN - is to have a time-frame.
To PROPOSE - is to have a cost estimate.
Do you think the reporter did a good story? I think not. I do not think she asked, or reported this story in a professional manner.
Too many questions not asked, or reported.
