Allah administers the affairs of all things from the throne outside the Creation. On the night of Laila-tu-Qadra, translated as the Night of Power, everything that will happen in the coming Luna-year, matters of Death and Life, who will be born, length and means of livelihood, who will be enriched, who will get ill, etc. are assigned to the Angels. Everything that must happen for the new Luna-year is issued from the Book of Decrees . John will be engaged in reckless action, “Bon-tan” Jump-up, but the order for his “arrest” has been issued – no appeal can be granted, nor delay – his fate is sealed.

Mark and Joe are engaged in hostility unknown to John, when Mark discharges his firearm at Joe the bullet misses Joe but kills John. This is exactly how things were meant to happen. No Soul dies except by Allah's decree. So people should stop saying, “He died before his time.” There's no such thing, it is speech of ignorance.

Try to understand the following Lesson:

One day, the Angel of Death entered the Court of King Solomon, and gave a stern look at one of Solomon's subjects, and after prolonged staring at the subject he departed. The man was frightened and asked Solomon: "Who was that?" Solomon said: "That was the Angel of Death." The man said: "I saw him looking at me as if he wanted my soul!" Solomon said: "What do you want me to do?" He said: "I want you to order the winds to take me and carry me to India so that I will be safe from this man." Solomon summoned the angel of the winds, who appeared possessing 660 wings. He carried all winds within his wings. He put the man inside one of his wings and took him to India. Sometime later the Angel of Death returned to Solomon's Court, and Solomon said to him: "Why were you staring down one of my Subjects so intensely?" "Yes," replied the angel, "I was surprised to see him here with you, because I was ordered to take his soul from a place in India and was concerned, but he was at the location where I have just extracted his soul!"

Surah Al-Anaam

He is the Irresistible (watching) from above over his worshippers, and He sets guardians over you. At length, when death approaches one of you, Our angels take his soul, and they never fail in their duty. (61)

Then are men returned unto Allah their True Protector, surely His is the Command― And He is the swiftest in taking account. (62)

Surah Saba

And unto Solomon (We gave) the wind, whereof the morning course was a month's journey and the evening course a month's journey, and We caused the fount of copper to gush forth for him, and (We gave him) certain of the jinn who worked before him by permission of his Lord. And such of them as deviated from Our command, them We caused to taste the punishment of flaming Fire. (12)

They made for him what he willed: synagogues and statues, basins like wells and boilers built into the ground. Give thanks, O House of David! Few of My bondmen are thankful. (13)
