Will it just talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and ... ad nauseam like Caricom and Csme?

Who will pay for all this froth and hot air? Canada? Germany? The EU? The US? Those on tour to Antigua?

What will emerge from all this? Hot air?

I sure hope not, I do believe it'll be something better than what the EU has. For starters 8 out of the nine have had the same currency for many decades, and also 8 of us have the same Head of State. Long live the OECS, the 'Small Island' people that the big ones left to die after they got out of the West Indian Federation. All for One, and One for All.

What is the point of all this? Look at Cyprus. See what is becoming of the EU. What is the basis of and/or for the proposed exchanges? See how limited the scope of the agenda is already. What does that telegraph? Do we need such and just another layer of bureaucracy? Or, redundancy even? Are we going to have meetings for meetings sake for just symbolic manifestations of tenuous unity?

Man you guys are not serious!!! OECS is the closest thing to us amalgamating into one entity. The only thing stopping it is US!!! Oh no, you may say but us foolish gaping mouths with nothing coming out.

When the freedom of movement thing really kicks of . . . guess what? We will start talking about: criminals leaving their countries and settling here, we will talk about people coming over and taking our jobs . . . I think you get the point.

What do we know about the OECS? NOTHING!! When serious issues such as: our inability to keep dept down, our inability to meet economies of scale, our inability to have a voice in this global economy, what do we talk about? Nonsense!!! The OECS is the only way out for us!!! OECS unity. Not CARICOM. Let CARICOM talk and talk and waste time. OECS is progressive.

We small Caribbean economies will show Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad, and the rest of the "BIG ISLAND SQUAD" how it should be done.

Could you imagine being able to travel to St. Vincent and not being hassled about: how long you will you be staying, what is the purpose of your visit, etc. I am looking forward to seeing this happen before my eyes are closed.

GO OECS LEADERS!!!!

Who makes or humbly accepts those relegations of non-importance like being by-passed for consideration of the headquarters for important institutions in CARICOM, in CSME and now OECS?

Why is Saint Lucia being overlooked?

wHAT EVER HAPPENED TO kenny anthony'S PROMISE OF PUMPING one hundred million dollars IN THE sT. lUCIAN ECONOMY DURING THE 2010 ELECTIONS?

Where is our Country getting FIVE HUNDRED MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS which Jack Grenberg is suing the Government with respect to the sale/lease? of our Country's seabed for oil exploration. What are the conditions of such a licence.

None of us seem to know.

We have been taken for a ride on the back of the tiger; and now we have been eaten up by the tiger; now we are in the tiger's belly; and the tiger has a big grin on its face. Because ITS BELLY IS FULL.
