Alva is not being replaced for any other reason other than Kenny Anthony never feels comfortable with anyone who seems more confident than himself. Or for that matter anyone who does not lick his "donkey"in exactly the manner he so desires.

The situation is Kenny knows that in the politics of things, Alva has more grass roots power than he Kenny. And there is much more behind the scenes.
