You cited the controversial briefcase and red envelopes, as bad as they are, but I believe the worst case scenario we've ever witnessed is the ALLEN CHASTANET and KEITH MONDESIR TUXEDO SCANDAL which made history in the High Court in St. Lucia. What a shame on St. Lucia and St. Lucians.
For me, the worst case scenario is the attempt to use and set up high level public servants, Commissioner of Police, Comptroller of Customs, Permanent Secretary, Internal Security, all interwoven, to frame a current Minister, a dramatic arrest, the arrest of the millenium, notwithstanding the Minister's security cameras at his house show, these peoples representatives were at his house. All in an effort by a disgraced former Minister and Public Servant attempting to destroy Minister Richard Frederick at all cost. Hoping to salvage himself, to no avail. That disgraced former Government minister and civil servant we are told even offered the hand of the woman to the officer at customs, as part of the reward .He obviously believed that he was monarch of all he surveyed. Frederick is alive and kicking.Eh bien.
