Disprove what Kenny has said about growth in the economy. Show us why those fancy UWP figures were not taken from thin air. Think we stupid, uhn!!!

It is obvious that Stephenson King was a liability to St. Lucia as Prime Minister.

His Administration was as bad as the SLP failure between 1979 -82 when internal fighting and an ignoring of the people's business wrecked the economy.

How unfortunate that given such a great opportunity that the UWP forced St. Lucian to revert to the narcissistic failure Kenny Anthony of Rochamel, Grynsberg, Hellinites and NCA infamy.

We now face the huge wall of over $200 million in debt servicing on an annual basis complements of Dr. Anthony's billion dollar borrowing between 1997 -2006. This works out at over $4 million every week from Sunday to Saturday as far as the eye can see.

Bitter days are here again as Dr. Anthony in spite of his dredging up more money from St. Lucians through VAT will continue to waste our money in an increasingly difficult economic environment.

King has a lot of explaining to do.

Not only did the UWP government of King,Montoute, Bousquet, Mayers, Chastanet,Fredericks, Joseph et all do St. Lucia a great disservice but they also gave away the Nov 28th 2011 Elections because of their internal fighting for power.

The UWP Government was actively working to upend Sarah Flood which is why she never appeared on their platform during the election campaign. They were working with a hugely divisive agent within the party to undermine her while in New York at the mission.

Had she been on their platform there is a good chance that the UWP would have won Gros Islet, Babonneau , Soufriere and Choiseul and thereby the Elections.

At the very least and without any doubt if you are a good analyst you would be aware that the margin of victory would have been one seat for the SLP if she had been on the UWP platform for Gros Islet and Babonneau which were both lost by LESS that 10 votes each.

Instead the arrogant UWP infighters chose to undermine her and her work at the United Nations and brought disaster on themselves with her non-appearance during the campaign. The main motivating fact as has been throughout is the fear of the UWP leadership that if Sarah came on board she would overshadow them and shine a light on their incompetence without Sir John around.

That is how inefficient that govenment was and today these failures who brought back Kenny have to look at at least 4 1/2 and more likely 9 1/2 mores years in the wilderness because of their personal agendas.

Grasping at straws man, Rewind n come again.

How about Grynberg, with millions of dollars in potential damage. Don't you think that Kenny has a lot of explaining to do? A forward thinking PM would have made provision for Grynberg in his budget. How comes Kenny did not. This means that when Grynberg fixing with our ##$%#, half of the money allocated in Kenny's budget will go to paying legal fees etc.

'Stewardship' is a positive word. Look at King and the Ali Baba gang and it frightens the hell out of me. Now look at Kenny without a voice of reason within his party or someone to counter him in the cabinet, and we have in the making another Roachasmell and Black Bay plus Grynberg. Just one financial disaster after another. Borbol never ends in St. Lucia.

The Taliban calls the US infidels and terrorists when they are the ones strapping bombs to themselves killing people. I have been listening to Kenny and Tony and i must this guy must have taken a lesson from Osama Bin Laden himself. However we al know what happen to Bin Laden. Just like him Kenny’s time will come..

Please everyone, let's be realistic here. Stop the silly games being played. stop this UWP SLp back and forth between you all.

Mr. george is correct. he is right on the button. If King, when he was prime minister said that the 2010 economy grew by 4.4% and kenny todays denies this saying it grew by 0.6%, it is correct of Mr. george to ask King to explain.

There is nothing wrong with that. It Kenny shows up king to be speaking untruths, it is correct of Mr. George to ask him, when he speaks to clarify and take on what Kenny said. People st.lucia is all our. it is true King stewardship is being questioned. Why can't we see that.

Lawrence Daniel has made sensible valid points, refreshing for a change someone with comments worth listening to, your problem St. Lucians is you are blinkered about everything, and have no real understanding of politics or what a goverment is there to do; ignorance and stupidity, the same old nonsense in stead of giving credit where it is due. The mentality OMG.....

Fire the entire statistics department. They are the ones who came up with the figures. Why would our praise a gentleman when you criticize his work? Kenny and Tony repackaged…..

Anonymous said...

No! Statistics department needs new people with skills and values. These should be screened for honesty.

Send the old art smellers to the Sanitation Department. They are full of it! Somebody just said that the 'sh' done gone fishing.

St. Catherine is not a statistician. He is an economist. Indisputable. So naturally he makes mistakes. But, more importantly, he is an avowed party supporter who tries to mislead us all by giving bogus information. He is trying to prove his loyalty to the party.

Anonymous said...

Surely there are people in the Dept. that should have corrected the Chief. Some of them knew that he was giving wrong information. They should done the right thing and exposed him!

St. Lucia is run by basically dishonest people from the top of the departments to the bottom. We need the hand of God to clean up this place. We should leave them to God. The people's minds and hearts are nasty. We need a natural disaster worse than Tomas to take away and clean away some of these nasties from the face of this earth. We must not try to do this by ourselves. No. We do not have to attack them. Leave them alone.

The good Lord should cause a natural disaster and wipe off these nasties that vote for people like King and Fredericks from the face of the earth. I pray to God every day for this to happen. We need God the Almighty to help us with this. He needs to put His hand to heal this godforsaken country. Let us all pray.
